First match of the season for Gents 6

Gents 6 kicked off the season off strong with a match against our sworn enemies - Volley 68' HS 2.

Drums were banging, the arena was shaking with excitement as we smashed our way into winning the first set, with our dear captain, Ziad, leading the team with absolute dominance .

Our heart was in the right place , but Volley 68' managed, miraculously, to snatch the second and third sets right from our hands.

Wiping the sweat off our foreheads, we entered our 4th and maybe final set, tension filled the arena like fog, crawling through the air from the court and onto the bleachers.

25-23.

And this is how we ended the match; biting, scratching and almost tearing our way through the so called "titans of losser".

We did our best, and for us, that’s all that matters. 

Exhilarating start for Gents 6, and I personally cannot wait to see how they’ll grow as a team, and as individuals.
