Very sadly we had to play in the hole de Lutte and not at home this home weekend :( First set: These girls are not very good we thought, and it looked like this indeed. All our attacks gave us points, and they did not really attack. So at 21-24 we thought this could not go wrong. But then 22-24, 23-24, 24-24, 25-24, to end up losing with a humbling 26-24... For our re-rematch against Mare Volley we were invited to inspect their hall again. The inspection was scheduled at the amazing time of 19.00 which meant dinner was planned for half past four. As this was not feasible to fit next to our main construction day-jobs, Jorrit and Sjoerd prepared wraps to go which we ate in the canteen of Noord-Deurningen. The day after Sinterklaas it was time to give ourselves one more present, a few points and third place in the competition. We had the pleasure to play against Gents 1 of Enter and thus had prime time: 17:00! This meant we had to have some proper lunch which Thijs provided for us. Our team constructed pokebowls at Roels place. This provided us with the perfect foundation to match up against the lowest scoring team in the construction-league. The men of Havoc HS2 were facing demolition/demotion and for us this was the perfect opportunity to take the freight elevator towards the top of the competition.
